The problem
HSH Coldstores in Grimsby became part of the Constellation Cold Logistics Group, and as part of a major rebranding exercise, this highly visible building needed attention.
This was a large project with over 4000 square metres of cladding needing cleaning.
The solution
The surfaces were treated with a Softwash recipe followed by a thorough rinse.
This process sanitises the surface and ensures that the building stays cleaner for longer, by inhibiting the recolonisation of mould spores.
